Palmer Spring Break

The boys got impatient waiting for Uncle Trenton
to give them a ride on the 4 wheeler,
so started pushing it themselves.

Kaitlyn and Bryant were glad Trenton had school,
so they could enjoy the computers.

The kids got out Great Gpa Smith's old
mattress pad and used it to slide down
the stairs innumerable times-sometimes
crashing, but mostly fast fun
We enjoyed Gpa's jelly bean lesson. Mason
and Dathan show which color they chose.
Kaitlyn waiting for turn?!
Addy and Raely trying to see what color to choose.
Blake and Savannah trying to choose
a color without seeing in bag.

Shannon and kids came here after the dental
convention to enjoy part of their spring break.
We celebrated Gpa Smith's Bday.

Trenton, Jessica, and I went to Mesa to watch Shannon's kids while she and Glade attended the state dental convention. We stayed at Aunt Jess's, Aunt April's, and Uncle Jay's. (We didn't want to overwhelm anyone!) On Thursday Trenton and I took them to a chocolate factory, to Cabelas, and swimming at Aunt Jess's. I kept forgetting to take my camera with us. Friday they played with Spencer, Dallen, and Carson, and Aunt Jeck and I took them swimming again. The pool's heater was not working, so we kept hopping from pool to hot tub. Uncle Brad surprised everyone by coming home from Colorado a day early. Saturday Jessica and Trenton came homeShannon visited Palmer relatives, and I cleaned my car. When Dad finished meetings, we went to our favorite food store and headed home. What an eventful Bday for Glade.

Jessica plays tennis for EAC

One of the girls on EA's team is sick, so the coach came and asked Jessica to play. She wasn't playing this year as she chose to do show choir instead. Now she's doing both, but only plays in the home matches.

Gma staying with Palmers

I stayed with Shannon's kids while Rick and Shannon went to Colorado. We had a great time. Mason custom designed a Bday card for me to send to Shaun and Cheramie. Here's a picture of Addy and Raely enjoying snack time. I had to run Bryant to the church for Cub Scouts, and my pressure canner was still going (have you ever canned at Flagstaff altitude!), so I had to leave Kaitlyn home alone. She got so scared that she hid in the pantry and peeked out at the canner every few minutes to make sure the pressure was staying constant. I talked to her on the phone most of the time I was gone. What a brave girl.

Trenton in the first round of the state basketball tournament. They ended up winning runner-up at State.
